Returns (For Damaged Items, please see below)

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. (Returns will be issued as a store credit only. A refund will not be issued.)

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please call (512) 990-9881 or send an email to info@beaconsglow.com within 20 days of purchase to let us know about it.

We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted either by phone or email. (Please note that there are no returns allowed on layaway orders).

Returns must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice. (If your invoice has been misplaced or disposed of, please let us know and we will do our best to track down a copy.)

After receiving an acknlowledgement from us, please enclose a copy of your original invoice and send it, along with your product(s) for return, via UPS or insured mail to:

Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will be issued a store credit. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for returned merchandise. Please note that shipping will not be refunded on returns. (Additionally, Beacon's Glow Collectibles cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.) Additionally, if any items are damaged either through shipping or a defect in the product, you will be refunded in full should you desire.

(Please note that if a UPS package is refused delivery by a customer, UPS does return the package to us, but they charge us $12.00 for the return. This amount will be deducted from the order as well.)

Exchanges

Damaged Shipments

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged in shipping or it is defective, email us at info@beaconsglow.com or give us a call at (512) 990-9881 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST). Please enclose a copy of your original invoice and send it, along with your damaged in transit or defective product(s) for return or exchange, via UPS or USPS to:

Please return your merchandise in the original packaging. After receiving back your damaged item, your replacement will be shipped immediately, or you will be issued a full refund. And, of course, you will be reimbursed for shipping the damaged item back to us. (Please note that it is not necessary to insure damaged parcels).

Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel your order, please note that there is a standard 10% fee on cancelled orders. (If the item has been already shipped, UPS unfortunately charges a return fee that the customer will be responsible for).

International Orders

All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).

International orders can be placed online utilizing USPS (US Postal Service) for shipping. Live USPS rates display immediately during checkout allowing you to select one of three shipping methods:
1. USPS Express Mail International
2. USPS Priority Mail International (Most popular international shipping method)**
3. USPS First Class International (For inexpensive orders 4 pounds and under)
**(Please NOTE that Beacon's Glow Collectibles recommends USPS Priority Mail International as the shipping rates are reasonable and there is tracking available.)

At this time, we ship to the following countries:

  • United States;
  • Australia;
  • Canada;
  • Mexico;
  • United Kingdom

(Please check with your country's Customs Office to see if you will be responsible for additional import fees into your country from the USA. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.)

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Additionally, we accept PayPal. PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order from Beacon's Glow Collectibles. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

If you select PayPal Express as your payment option, you will be then automatically directed to PayPal.com to complete your payment. Upon completion on the PayPal website, you will be redirected back to Beacon's Glow Collectibles.

Checks

We accept personal checks and money orders. (Merchandise will be shipped as soon as your personal check clears the bank.) To place an order, please phone (512) 990-9881. If we are not available to take your call, we will return your call and take your order over the phone; calculate shipping costs and sales tax (if applicable); and issue you an order number.

Then please send your check or money order, along with the order number to:

Of course, you are always welcome to call us at (512) 990-9881 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST) to place your order. If we are not available to take your call, we will do our best to contact you within 24 hours. (Please note that phone messages left on the weekends will be returned on Monday mornings.)



Layaways

Layaway plans are available for orders greater than $100.00, but we do make exceptions to this.
Two possible available options are as follows: 1) upon your authorization, we would charge a pre-determined amount for your purchase each month automatically to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express charge card (or PayPal account) on the same date,
or 2) you may send a series of personal checks or money orders instead of using a charge card.
Please either email us at
info@beaconsglow.com or give us a call at (512) 990-9881 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST), and we can work out a custom layaway plan that fits your needs.

Of course, there are no additional fees or charges associated with our layaway plans, and all items (including sale items) are eligible for a layaway plan.

Please note that layaway customers are expected to make a payment on their layaways no less than once a month. If an exception arises, please contact us.

Layaway plans should not exceed a period of one year unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Additionally, please note that Beacon's Glow Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received or processed for a period greater than 60 days. (Please note that layaway payments are non-refundable). Sorry but we cannot accept returns or cancellations on layaways.

Sales Tax

Since our business operates in the state of Texas, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders placed in Texas. Beacon's Glow Collectibles does not benefit from the collection of sales tax, and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

The appropriate Texas sales tax amount (8.25%) will be displayed on the check-out section of our site.

Security Policy

Volusion’s Instant SSL Pro Certificate secures our web site. What this means is that all of your confidential data is encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for transaction security between your browser and our server.

Beacon’s Glow Collectibles uses a certificate as part of a system for securing online transactions. (In addition, we use 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure the integrity of your credit card information. Beacon’s Glow Collectibles assures you that both your personal and credit card information are secure at all times. For example, you will notice that after you add an item to your Shopping Cart and enter your Shopping Cart, the status bar on your browser changes from http:// to https://. This ensures that the security certificate has been activated. (Your browser may display an alert that you are about to view pages over a secure connection.)

Also, note the secure site icon located in the lower right portion of your browser screen when accessing your Shopping Cart on Beacon’s Glow Collectibles. (The lock is closed, and, therefore, you can check that our site’s certificate is current and accurate.)

This certificate is proof of any site's identity. When double clicking the locked icon, the name following Issued to should match the site you are on. In other words, when you click the lock icon on any beaconsglow.com Shopping Cart page, you can match the Issued to domain name (www.beaconsglow.com) to the Web site domain name in the address bar (also www.beaconsglow.com).

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is very important to us. That is why your email address, credit card details, phone number and other information is strictly guarded for privacy and will never be compromised.

Automatic information provided to us from you is done through cookies. Cookies are small alphanumeric identifier files that store information. They enable our system to recognize your browser and to provide important features that personalize our site to make your shopping faster and easier. (e.g., cookies store your cart information between your visits.)

You do not have to register at our site to place an order, but ordering is much simpler when you are registered. Choosing a login name and password will allow you to update your personal information at any time in the future. When you log on with your password, your name, address and other contact information will automatically be entered into the correct spaces of your order form.
