She comes dressed in a pale pink dress adorned with pale pink roses, strings of pearls, and delicate ivory lace. She also wears a wreath of roses around her head, and white feather wings. She comes from a limited edition of 300 porcelain dolls. "Sent From Heaven Above" was nominated for the 2004 Dolls of Excellence Award!
