Are all items on your site in new condition?
All items are direct from each manufacturer and also have never been used as display samples.

Can I request a photo of the bear or doll that I am interested in?
We realize that sometimes it is difficult to decide on a final purchase just by going by a stock photo. As collectors ourselves, we realize that one specific type of bear can have many variations. We are more than happy to take photos of the item you are interested in. Please email us at info@beaconsglow.com or give us a call at 512-990-9881 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) to let us know which item you would like photos of.

Do you offer layaways?
We sure do! Please email us at info@beaconsglow.com or give us a call at 512-990-9881 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) to set up a layaway plan that suits your needs.

Do you provide a customer email?
Yes, we do. Please join our Beacon's Glow Collectibles Email Club by signing up on our homepage. As a thank you welcome, receive 10% off your first order. Also, enjoy our exclusive monthly coupons, weekly emails, new produce debuts, and so much more!

Do you buy used collectibles from collectors?

Not at this time, as all items are brand new and direct from each manufacturer.

Are all items in stock?
All items on the Beacon's Glow Collectibles site have their quantities indicated on the site. Only those items that are in stock can be ordered. Occasionally, an error is made but we will do our best to get the item that you ordered, suggest a substitution, or issue you a full refund.

We do offer an email notification system that will alert you when an item once again becomes available. But please note that some items have been retired and cannot be ordered from the doll or teddy bear manufacturer any longer.

When will my order ship?
We will ship your order by 6:00 p.m. (CST) the following business day.(But most days your order will ship the same day if UPS has not come to pick up outgoing packages for the day.)

What do you charge for shipping?
(FOR A LIMITED TIME - All orders in the lower 48 states ship free of charge.)

Do you insure all outgoing orders?
We sure do - all packages are insured for their total value.

Does Beacon's Glow Collectibles offer any type of customer guarantee?
Yes, Beacon's Glow Collectibles guarantees your satisfaction with all of your purchases.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes, we currently ship to countries outside the United States, and orders can be placed online. Please refer to our "International Orders" section on "Our Policies" page for a listing of countries that we currently ship to. If you have additional questions regarding international ordering, please email us at info@beaconsglow.com.

Please NOTE: We have no knowledge of other countries' Custom Departments. Please check with your country's Customs Office to see if you will be responsible for additional import fees into your country from the USA.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and APO Addresses?
Yes, we ship orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses, and do not impose any additional handling fees. Orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS).
